Ph.D. Candidate, Historian, Veteran

Hello! I am a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and historian of modern Africa and race, gender, and sexuality during the Second World War. As an army veteran, I am particularly interested in the role soldiers play in structures of power, as cultural agents, and their (re)construction of these.
